Chocolatiers Georg Bernardini and Oliver Coppeneur opened their production facility for chocolate and praliné in Bad Honnef, a picturesque town on the Rhine.

Coppeneur sources the beans from selected production areas they know well in the following regions: Ecuador, Madagascar, San Tomé, Venezuela, and Indonesia.

The cocoa content of Coppeneur dark chocolate is a minimum of 72% and with milk chocolate a minimum of 36%. From that base, they produce a line of Cru de Cacao bars, unique natural flavored drinking chocolate balls, caramelized cocoa beans, praliné chocolate bars and truffles.
